Really good craftsmanship

What type of stain? Sealer? Cut your own feathers and taper your own arrows?

I have several different stains, but the dark walnut is a stain I bought years ago from 3Rivers.  The arrows are dipped 3 times in Polycrylic semi-gloss finish.

I split, grind, dye if needed, and chop all the barred feathers myself...the solid colors I buy full length and chop.

I've made 3 or 4 dozen for one fella with a 10" tail taper, but I've always shot parallel shafts for my own arrows.  I taper the nock and point ends in a jig attached to my disc sander that works just as good as the Woodchuck machine.
