With the amount of bears being killed by members of this site it might need to be renamed(BEAR-HUNTING-WASHINGTON.com). Good job BEAR KILLERS and keep it up, the more bear killed, the more calf elk that will survive this next spring! :brew:   :mgun:

I agree, the members on here are sure doing a number on them this year, hopefully in 3 more weeks I'll be able to add another one to the tally.

Almost had an edition last night... Put a stalk on a smallish bear. Ended up losing him. Oh well, there are plenty more bruins and days for me.

Brushchimp and myself are givin er' hell but just cant seem to connect.  Combined we (Him and his GF saw 5) have seen 6 bears and have not been able to get anything.

Last night we saw a real nice boar at 450 yards.  The only problem is it was at the bottom of the hole and there was no way to get a shot.  We tried walking down the ridge to get closer.  It literally took us 15 minutes to make it 100 yards.  We were crawling through vines 8 feet tall.  When we finally crested the ridge we saw the bear exiting the draw out the bottom.  O well He will be back and hopefully further up the ridge.

Man that is a really nice Bear tmike.  Even better you got it with your bow!  :IBCOOL:

I've been out every after noon I can.  Don't usually get into the woods til around 6 - 6:30pm.  Havn't seen anything yet.  Had a guy stop me up their yesterday evening about an hour befor dark and say their was a 200+ pound bear in a clear cut up the road.  Made it up their and glassed for it but never saw it befor it got dark.  Ohh well, I'll keep my eye open for it.

Heading up north Thursday or Friday with ShadowCat and Snowman to see if I can put a tag on my first Bear.  Should be a blast.
