Barn pigeons and starlings

Has anyone had a chance to practice up in the off season on starlings and barn pigeons?
Cut em!

yup, Starlings, Eurasian Doves, Barn Pigeons, even the occasional House Sparrow.  My 22 cal. Benjamin Marauder is quiet and deadly!
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

I gave my 28 gauge a work out today on some starlings. besides target practice it did the dogs some good to get out in the field. I can't wait till dove season opens.

Stilly, what general area do you hunt doves?  I would love to try that but not sure where to go.

Excellent!  I know where that is.  Would you recommend I head over to the big tree, or by the fence?  :chuckle: :dunno:

It seems like for every dove I kill, two more show up :bash: :bash:

I noticed the same thing! except the locals around my area are pretty well trained by now.
