Bohning tower jig???
« on: July 11, 2012, 08:10:56 PM »
I just ordered one of these and was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with one.
But love of the wilderness is more than a hunger for what is always beyond reach; it is also an expression of loyalty to the earth which bore us and sustains us, the only home we shall ever know, the only paradise we ever need - if only we had eyes to see.

Yeah and it's a PoS.  When you receive it, turn around and return it in exchange for an Arizona E-Z Fletch.  If you're looking for jig that does all three at once, the Arizona is the best, IMO.

I found the Bohning tower jig to be poor construction.  Also, you have to mess with these goofy shields to keep the vane from sticking to the jig.  BTW, I do like Blazer vanes and nocks, so I'm not a Bohning hater.  I just wasn't impressed with their tower jig.
