Sekui
« on: July 14, 2012, 12:07:27 PM »
Myself and Tmike hit Sekui on Thursday and Robodad joined us on Friday.  Thursday we did something like 17 Silvers and three Kings.  Friday something like 9 kings and one or two silvers.  Most were small and a lot of natives, Tmike had to release a nice 30+ Native...  All in all great trip and fun action..  Motor ran great...

That wild one in the water looks like a monster!  Must've been a fun one.  Went up that way a few weeks ago, great times!

The boat ran great. Good times always up there.  That was a really nice fish compared to what most were catching, but the action was pretty steady. We lost a few good ones too.

As always Allen, anytime.....  In fact  trying hard to decide for next Thursday and Friday, as much as I like the Salmon fishing, I got to get down for Oversized and put a hurt on them (or is that me?)  So maybe Salmon the first day and Sturgeon the next two.  Plus been dying to start fishing for the summer Steelhead below Bonneville....  Interested?

Looks like a great time. That king would have made a bunch of tasty meals.

I know what's its like to release a big native. I caught a 55 pounder about 5 years ago in front of the caves. I fought it for 45 minutes then had to let it go. Fun times though and I will never forget it.
