Trophy ridge sight broke
« on: July 15, 2012, 08:59:04 PM »
This is a firewire V5.  I put it on and was sighting in my bow and it didn't make it through the maiden voyage.  I checked to see if i over tightened the windage adjustment but it wasn't very tight.  Anyone deal with their customer service i am calling them tomorrow.

That is a very very weird break :yike: When did it happen when you shot the bow?

I have never seen one break like that!!! Let me know what they have to say. If you need some help I would be happy to talk to the guys.

The inside of the sight looks very dusty as well. Was it brand new? The pins don't look very bright for a new sight. If you take off the front part that broke off and send in the bracket "with the broken chunk". I am sure they will hook you up with a new one. Call and talk to them tomorrow and send me a pm or post it on here. I will make sure I do my best to get you fixed up

Yeah it is new the color in the pic turned out weird.  Our archery range is powdery dirt and the globe fell into it.  That and it has sat on my reloading bench a couple days the dust is horrible here in the desert.

Send me a pm with your address. I will send you a spare sight until you get yours fixed!!!!

I have a spare 5 pin flatliner sitting up stairs right now. I can have it to you with a day or 2. That will give you plenty of time to sight it in and shoot this weekend

Then just send it back when you get yours fixed :IBCOOL:
