Need a really good remote viewer for your trail cams?

You might have one in your pocket, mine is a Galaxy S II cell phone.
I got a couple of micro SD cards, just put them into the adapter and plug into your trail camera, then when you go to check it pull the micro SD card out and plug it into your cell phone and if you have one like mine it has a heck of a screen and flips through pics really nice - delete or save them all, upload a couple to H-W before you even get off the mountain (if you got coverage)
anyways - probably an old tip but hell thought I'd share

on the Iphone the SD card should be in where the battery goes, mine didn't come with an SD card but there was a slot for a micro SD card. I got 1200 pics on it from a week long soak, I don't really need to do the remote viewer thing as I just swap SD cards for now. I'm new at the trail cam thing so really I'm just a beginner at it.
on the camera I don't know why that wouldn't work, other than perhaps the camera puts a little software DCIM file and plays through that?? Your trail cam would put them into its own file and there is no way to make the camera choose which file to play.

Iphones don't have removable storage or battery.

Or get an OTG cable and plug in a reader with the SD card if you don't have microSD card on the trailcam. I didn't want to order a cable, so I bought a Sony cable for tablet from Fry's. The microUSB connector is different but I filed it to match the regular connector and it worked fine on my GS2.
Don't know if iphone can read external media but you can get something like this and try it out.
