Turbo (T-4) nocks?

So i started looking into these nocks and as long as you keep your serving well waxed it sounds like they do very well?

does anyone on here have any experiance with the T-4 nocks and performance at long distances versus shorter distances...

PROS AND CONS?

will these fit Epic st shafts?
