WOW!  If I ever get lucky enough to get a cougar I'm going to be finding out where Skookumchuck is at.  You sure that things dead?

That work is AMAZING! Why does it look photoshopped on the side views?  :dunno: The cat just seems to pop out of the background or something. I am not accusing you of this, just wondering why it looks like that.

Ummmm, your talking aabout the blurry background ??? Thats what you get when you use a high quality camera . I forget the term but if you look at some good quality photography the background will usually be blurred that is because the camera is focused on the animal and the rest behind and in from will blur. It also depends on settings on the camera. Im not a technical guy but a Huntnphool or Bone could explain it better. 100% not photo shopped only thing I know how to do is resize the pics  :chuckle:

Thanks for the compliments everyone!

oops, yep thanks! I always want to throw that "r" in there since its a Japanese term...

I think it depends on a quality lens more than the camera. Namely, a low f-stop (1.4, 1.8 etc). Get as close to the subject as you can. Staging your background further away will help, when possible.
