If the cylinder is out of time, it is a hand and or pawl issue..  I do not know anyone close to you though...
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

A little south of you but you might try Peter Dunn. I think he is at Champion Arms in Kent.

Might give Chuck at Grumpy's a look.  He's in Granite Falls.

Ben's Gun Shop - Ben Slove 425 710-7509.  His shop is in his home in Everett, plus he works part time at DJ's in Bothell.  Great guy, and VERY resonable prices for work on your guns.  He's also out at Kenmore shooting trap a lot and the people out there know him well.  This is where I got recommendation to use him, and I couldn't be happier w/his work.
