John Deere Green
« on: August 17, 2008, 05:04:13 PM »
My son is turning two next week, so for his birthday we are doing "John Deere".  This kid is obsessed with tractors, funny because I was never into that kinda stuff when I was a kid ( I was more of a Big Foot and Gravedigger fan  :chuckle: ) Both grandpa's have JD tractors so he gets to go on plenty of tractor rides.  We took him out to Sumner Tractor today, I needed some parts for my O46. Needless to say he had a blast and cried when it was time to leave, but we managed to get a few party favors for the kids, but no chainsaw parts, they had to be ordered :bash: Its funny because his favorite color is orange, so I figured he'd be a Kubota fan. Anyway, just thought I'd share some funny pics  of him with his cheesy grin.

I have a 9 and 7 year old you can have, they work for food (kind of)....you don't even need to give them back.  ;) ;)

Heck , I'm 32 and still love Grave Digger and Bigfoot  :chuckle: Well actually just gravedigger since Bigfoot doesnt tour anymore.

Cool pictures of your boy, you should buy him that tractor for his B-Day!

How's this for the slogan "Nothing runs like a Deere"?
Use it all the time and still going strong.  Needs a repaint in the worst way though.

I actually just bought a JD rider mower... When he gets big enough, I plan on him using it quite a bit :chuckle:
