Cross the Weber Q100 off your list. My dad and I both have one for our trailers and neither gets hot enough for steak IMO.

I don't think the Q200 will either.

Look up infrared grills (tec makes one) if you like super hot.  I like the baby weber but it's not super hot like what you seem to be looking for.

My q200 weber will, but I bought the adapter hose and use a regular propane bottle and the little green ones.
