Well I just jumped in and took the test. 84%

Montana has been on the cutting edge for giving hunters good tools to judge animals. It was Montana that provided the first online black/grizzly bear identification test.

Other states are catching on.

I have no idea about the montana laws on sealing, days, laws etc....took the test off the cuff and still got 84% ...some basic knowledge of felines in all forms helps I suppose....

I-655 pretty much kills any chance of utilizing any of that.

Chances of making those observations while boot hunting or even at a calling stand are pretty much nil. Size would be the only observation you could likely get/

If I see one without spots, that's enough for me. Too many of them  around anyway!

crazy ...we all got 84%  but I do not agree with one question I miss .....size and shape of the head are an accurate way to distinquish males from females  I said yes ...guess I am stupid then ... I know I can tell a male from a female by lookin at their head ...or am I an idiot

80% but I still passed and I don't know jack about cougars other than to stay away from them- lol
I buy the tag every year, just in case- But I really hope if I use it isn't in self defense.
