you got to get out in the woods before you can shoot a bear. You just dont walk out and shoot one your first day out in the bear woods. Or do you?

Gonna go for a walk Sat am and check my camera. I'll tote the rifle and walk the full loop in that area. I think it is about 4 miles.

Nice skull collection there bearpaw! Skulls are awesome. BL did one of my bobby skulls. I tried doing one myself, turned out I don't have the patience or stomach to mess with that stuff

I think its great to try out a DIY Euro. It sure raised my appreciation for what artwork taxidermy really is and helps me understand and feel better about the costs associated.
... Ok Michelle when do I get to post up pics of my elk?
