Elk, shooter gets antler then split the meat, deer since there's usually ten to twelve guys at camp each keep his own But the following year we'll bring up our jarky and sausage or whatever for everyone to eat. One year I wheeled th BBQ over to the tree he hung from and threw the Backstrap right on the grill......Nothing better than never forzen backstrap and tenderlions :brew:
