NE Whitetail Hunt
« on: August 14, 2012, 03:19:31 PM »
Anyone familiar with the GMU 101,105,108 Area north of Kettle Falls.Hunted it for years until we started seeing little yellow signs on fences that were an Outfitter Group charging money to access lands.Did they get the results they were seeking.Miss that area up there

Think this is the first time I have ever posted anything here.Usually just read..I guess you could say we were spoiled all those years up there. My Great uncle use to own alot of Kettle Falls back in the 50's and we had all kinds of permission to shoot doe that were problem animals to farmers.Been hunting further south now since some of us are 65 an over.We did start to venture into the higher country and loved it

I hunt in those units, and have multiple relatives that live there. There is plenty of public land. So much that I don't even hunt my relatives lands.

Is this the Sign? It is still there. It has a west side Number. Perhaps I should have blanked out part of the number.

They just rebuilt the shop in Colville I saw and I think it's the cousin or nephew running this side of it. He does have a few signs that are placed so if you aren't aware of the boundaries it could scare ya!
