Couple of pic's of a very nice sheep a friend just took in Canada.  Area is way to rough for an old dude like me to hunt!

That's a beauty right there.  Looks 40" on his right side.  Lots of mass for a thinhorn.  Anybody put a tape on him yet?  I'm thinking 165ish.  Great ram and thanks for posting.

Measured at 41"- said he was running with what they thought was a 44", but couldnt get a shot at the big boy.

This was a guided hunt.  Apparently had been chasing a group of three big rams (the one pictured, another a little smaller and one they estimated to be 44") for a few days with no luck.  Hunted all day, got back to camp late and the guide spotted them on the mt. side above camp so off they went again.  Big boy busted them and headed out to parts unknown but this one waited a little to long, so he decided to take him.  Green scored at 165.  As you can see from the pic's, this is not a hunt for the faint hearted or anyone not in good shape.  Ohhhhh, but to be young again!!
