bucklucky has a picture on his site of a blacktail that had a horn growing down along side his face. pretty cool  :tup:

I to have seen this before.  The buck had a deformed right horn and and his left rear leg had been broken in the past but was fully healed when killed.  I even remember reading somewhere that this type of horn growth reflects damage done to bone structure on the opposite side of the body.

I passed on a buck like that last year. One side was a nice 2 point, the other an odd mess, I just couldn't put three points on one side for sure.  It is neat too see deer like that.

I have a 4 point blacktail that has a drop horn going down one side of its face. The 4 point side is awesome, big fronts and small backs and the drop horn is just a big club with an eye guard.
