Zeiss Conquest HD or Cabelas Euro HD?
« on: August 16, 2012, 07:56:23 PM »
So I went into Cabelas today with the full intention of purchasing a pair of the 10x42 Euro HD.  I hadn't ever looked thru the Zeiss and needless to say I was impressed, the guy behind the counter said he would purchase the Conquest over the Euros handsdown.  I'm now torn and am just curious if anyone has anything good, bad or indifferent to say about either of these.  This is a big purchase for my pocketbook so I want to make sure I cover all angles; thanks in advance!

They are both great pieces of glass. I have used the Cabelas Euro HDs and they are spectacular in the field. I might lean towards them since Cabelas stands behind their stuff and is a local face to talk to. Either way, you're getting a top notch set of binos
