Totally agree. Myself, I would pass on that one. Plenty out there bigger but you know what they say.....a bird in the hand.......

Need to give it a few more years and another 150 lbs.

Id say thats probably being generous. More like 110lbs. Notice the size of the balsam root in front and around it.  Juvenile bear.
