Changing Username
« on: August 20, 2012, 03:40:40 PM »
I've searched to no avail. Is it possible for us to change our username, and if so, how? Who would I contact to do this?

Contact an admin,,, not sure it it possible...
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

 :yeah: Or using the

 :yeah:

to agree with yourself

 :yeah:

That will get you a good user name :chuckle:

Most of the time user names have not been changed once people start. If you send dale "bearpaw" a message he might change it for ya. Or pay Josh either will work :chuckle:

Nah, I left the other one for him. They had already agreed on a price. (or at least Jackelope had quoted the price, not sure it was accepted by the other party)

I think Bobcat got some "stimulus" funding so he made out OK. But - I'm sure he didn't build it by himself.

Wow! I didn't think this would turn into a two pager... haha. I just want to get my name the same on all the boards I use so It will be easier for me to remember which one is which.

I also would love to have my username changed to many versions of ELKOHOLICS and ELKAHOLICS here, when I first signed up i just entered my current user name not thinking I would acctually be on here so much, I dont do a lot of posting but am on the site every couple hours through a day...

I would change mine to GRINDLE- as that's my nickname....

I want the 176 taken off my name.  Just Nontypical would be great.  Now how do I get a hold of the Admin?  Or wait how bout Elklovin...Na, just Nontypical would work.  Only put 176 on there because I figured nontypical was taken...oh well.

You may have to start a whole new account then, because if I were to change your name, all it does is changes the name that is displayed. You would still have to sign in under your original name. I think what we can do is remove your account, and then you could start over. But of course you would lose your post count and all your history. (which isn't much being that you only have 21 posts)

:yeah: I think that is why most of the times it left alone. I think it is a great name. You could put your other user name in your sig line so others know who you are.

I am getting ready to add one to bowhnt45 pretty soon :chuckle: Doubblej is about to get it as well :chuckle:
