Archery Targets Which one would you buy for Broadheads? Block or Rhinehart or...

Whats your best bang for your buck.  I am going to buy a new target for broadheads and was looking at getting an orginal block or should I just buy another cheap cabelas brand one?  is it worth the extra money for a Rhinehart?  Thanks

Cheapest I have is an old styrofoam float for a dock. Nice and big and arrows come out real nice, just don't shoot field points into it. Harder than hell to get out. I have a rhinehart and it is great as well as a new block . Rhinehart holds up pretty good, I don't shoot a ton of bh's into either but have enough to tear them up a bit. Rhinehart is doing better than anything else.

Expensive but the Rhinehart's are nice. Durable and easy to pull arrows.

You know those multi colored floor mats that are for young kids, sometimes they are interlocking and come in letters etc.  I had a ton of those left when the kids grew up.  One in front of a bale of hay works great. three together in the field, stop the arrow really nicely.  I draw a kill zone on them, plant them in various areas in the woods.  whap away cheaply.  Look for them at garage sales, I use them as bumpers in the bed of the truck on the way out to the fields too.  just ideas

The last block I bought got chewed up real quick with broad heads. Paid 100 dollars, got one season out of it. I bought a rinehart last year and is still holding up well.

I've had a couple of blocks that got torn to hell with broadheads.  My Rinehart 18-1 target has held up for several seasons thus far and I'd definitely recommend it.  The Block is great too but mine got chewed up faster when I used broadheads.

i bought cheap one from cabelas 69$ on sale it was garbage field points and broadhead buried all the way to the fleching i dont member the brand but its black layered block nock off.
made one out of masking plastic showed in to burlap sack lasted 3 years left out side in the weather got all the material from job site

I have used a 4X4 (unsure of brand but has horizontal foam sheets of varying thicknesses), Morell 6 shooter, and Field Logic Black Hole...  The first two will stop a broadhead, the 4X4 you will never get it out and target tips are as bad, The Morell works decently and still mostly stops broadheads but it leaves chunks of its layers all over when removing arrows.  It also kind of melts the green foam inside onto your arrows which then have to be scraped clean.  The Black Hole was much easier to remove arrows than the previous two, but also left shards of foam layers all over when removing BHs.  It also did not last as long as the other two, and the chickens like to eat it.

I bought a Rhinehart 16X16 last week and LOVE it!!  I've shot BHs into the replaceable core and they pull out easily.  The target arrows sink about 8 inches in from 20 and 30 yards and are relatively easy to remove.  I think you would have to shoot thousands of arrows into this to destroy it with target tips.  It is also nice and heavy and does not move when hit off center.  I've sent a couple target arrows through the edge and one inch of this foam prevented the arrow from passing through (65 lb Bowtech Invasion).

I struggled over the cost of it for a couple of weeks, but think it is worth the money.  If you have a big field to shoot in, the 18-1 could be fun to be able to throw downrange and practice at different distances but it just didn't offer a large enough single plane impact area for my needs.

i got one at wal mart for about 40.00 that works great. field tips on 2 sides and broadheads on 2 sides. never blown thru it or bent a arrow either
