First 3 days.
« on: August 29, 2012, 07:57:29 PM »
Had the camera out for 3 days.  700+ pictures.  No monsters yet but we'll see.  I recently had shoulder surgery and didn't think I'd be hunting much but I shot the other night and me and my bow are still shooting the way I want.  So I threw out the camera just to see.  Most of pics are at night but I had some of the does and smaller bucks coming in during the day.  I'll be out there Saturday even though my wife says I shouldn't ;).  Good luck to everyone going out this weekend.

Why not, you don't have to walk far and it's a turkey shoot on the island if you have a spot.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!

I really didn't want to hunt the island this year.  I broke my leg and ankle a couple months back and just had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago.  I'm still recovering from both so for now I'm going to stick to close to home.  My wife just doesn't want me overdoing it and hurting myself worse while I'm still healing.
