Put that 140gr Amax into a .260 Rem hull and it'll have the same .585 BC.I was just wondering what the reasoning for the choice was. IMO there isn't a lick of difference between the two. Either is a nice pick. I totally get owning something unique that you won't see 40 of on opening day.If you're gonna load you own, look at Bergers 140gr VLD. Its got a BC of .612

Ok ok, I guess they're sexy enough, and yes, I think it's time the 6.5 gets the attention it deserves by being chambered in more popular rifles. Savage chambers they're guns and you still would not believe how long, how many phone calls, how many "out of stocks" I encountered trying to find this particular gun in 6.5 CM. I after awhile I almost settled for a .243, glad I didn't now! If you want one by Modern rifle you had better start looking now fellas! lol
Should be a handy-dandy rig. I see a lot of magnumb guys on here and light-done-right handy-dandy rigs trump all of their stuff. A rifle belongs in your hands, not on your back. Good on you.
