Winston Creek - Best area for deer?
« on: September 01, 2012, 05:38:12 PM »
Where do you all recommend the best area to be for deer? Still new to hunting in Washington and that area I am pretty comfortable with. Not really looking for ideas of other places to go but will not turn them down. :) I do want to stay away from large amounts of people, even if that means leaving empty handed.

Thanks in advance!

I used to hunt down there a lot for archery elk.  Deer where very few and far between if there were any elk in the area.  I would try the lower elevations in the unit if I was set on going there.  :twocents:
May that for which I prepare never come to pass.
