:yeah: I have owned more the one quad and had everyone fail for me  Had 2 more fail when tunning bows at a pro shop. I have heard of way more quads failing then the revolution so far

I don't know what to tell you. I see marks on the rest from where the arrow fletching was hitting the rest :dunno: After it hitting it more then once. I would have started adjusting it rather then keep shooting it.

I'm with carp.  Mine hit twice and I got online here and asked and I believe bloodhound said to tighten my cable line till it flipped out of the way fast enough.  I did and ripped 1500+ arrows since then.  No problems yet.

The back hook does touch as stated.  I noticed it and though I was holding my now wrong.  That wasn't the case the back hook touches.  On release the hooks get out of the way.  The best result I found was just let it touch.  No deflected shots.  I also found if you punch the trigger instead of opening your chest squeeze the trigger and follow through method.  You don't get the tension the revolution needs to "pop" out of the way.  If you shoot proper then it's open long before arrow passes riser.  If the back hook didn't touch the arrow would bounce around in the croutch of the front hook right???  I don't want my arrow making any noise as I hunt w one nocked.

If I had kept shooting after arrows where hitting the hooks mine would have broke too.  The wisker biscuit will make contact till arrow leaves the riser making consistent long shots harder.

That is the key right there. If something is wrong fix it, don't just keep using it tell it breaks.

Ive got a revolution rest and I agree that you didnt have it set up right.. Ive probably taken 1000 shots with this rest and it doesnt contact my arrows, doesnt affect the flight path, and hasnt shown any signs of falling apart. I really like my revolution rest, I feel that it was money well spent. If it does break I would happily buy another. By far the best rest I have had.

I see on mine there is a little pin hole that looks like it goes toward the center.  This could create a weak spot.  I had a chopsaw that had an adjustment screw hole located in a similar manner.  A piece of plywood fell against it and it broke right along that point of less material.
