awesome, great job!
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

Had a great time on your hunt klickman.  Thanks for letting me share in your success.  To bad your seasons over so soon.  I was looking forward to spending a little more time in the woods.  Great job buddy. Oh I almost forgot did your buck have a brown eye? :chuckle: :chuckle:

Not as well as I was hoping... There wee three bucks I have been watching up there and one is a seriouse bruiser... Got in there sat morning and was on a bear within three minutes. Got within 40 yards with the bow, but the brush was too high for a good shot. Tried to get a different angle, and........busted. stupid pine cones.

The hike up the 2 miles was a breeze with the left over adrenalin.

Got up to my spot where they've been linvin' and seems that two of them were bedding down just left of the goat trail and it was over before it really had a chance to get started.  Didn't see them the rest of the hunt.

Saw a couple more bucks in pretty much outer space, and a couple more small bears.

Leaving for my elk camp tomorrow morning, so won't be back up there for a week...

Tony
