I knew he was a big, pretty mature deer when I shot him... despite the fact that he was only a three point. He ended up aging out at 4.5 years old. So I felt really good about that. My guess is he just didn't have the genetics to grow the mass I wish he would have. All and all, I'm still thrilled to have harvested him and would pull the trigger again in a heart beat.

Is this the buck that is in your profile trail cam picture? Nice buck! One of the best I have seen this year. Definately arguably the widest.
