It is a large bear for sure! You should whack it if you get a chance! A shooter for sure

I am curious as to why people ask weight of a bear all the time? Do you know that when scoring a bear it is skull size? Not picking of the poster, just gets old seeing posts of "how big is it?" with animals. Nice bear tho good luck getting it

A lot of people don't care what an animal scores.

MOST DEFINITELY a shooter.  Make a very nice rug.  Let us know when you take it.  If you don't want it, let me know, I'll take it for you.  ;)

Good one.  If the legs look long and lanky they are often younger, smaller bears.  Not much leg there.

I could care less what the skull measures, I want meat on the table. Bang, one dead bear!

Hey LastMK8,

Since you posted this thread yesterday but haven't posted a kill story yet I have to assume you've completely lost interest in Bear hunting. If that's the case please get in touch with me...I'll help spare you the trouble ;-)  :chuckle:

I'd pass. After all, who wants to drag that thing out!?

Its a good sized bear. Good luck connecting. I am curious to see if its a male or female. Back side looks all big (shape looks female-ish to me), guessing a female, but the body is so big, I am leaning male....so I dont know what to think.

Go get him/her!
