I figured it was a travel corridor.  Right now the deer seem to be eating the holy heck out of the Choke Cherry Leaves and also there is a bunch of wild grape in the area.  Not sure if they're eating the grapes or just the leaves.  Ones October rolls around this spot is dynamite since there is a bunch of oak trees dropping accorns.  Either way I have 4 buck tags I can fill.  In NY if you don't fill all of your tags from the previous hunting season then you have from SEPT 27th to the 30th to fill your unfilled tags.  I have 2 buck tags.  Then starting OCT 1st I have 2 buck tags and 3 doe tags that I have to fill.  I have all the way to DEC 11th.  So I have 2 days to fill those 2 buck tags from last year.  First legal animals walk by gets a Swacker tipped Axis 340. Depending on how many I shoot in those two days and once I come back from WA with elk in my freezer I will  then be alot more picky on which deer I shoot.  I really want to shoot those two 4pts.  That one hard horned 4pt seems to be checking that licking branch and dry scrape at least once per day.  Hope nothing changes from now until 27 SEP.

Nice, I bet you're loving the idea of being able to fill the freezer with that many deer and hunt for a lot longer time frame.  good luck and stick the bucks and don't forget, no pics not true. :chuckle:

I really do love being able to hunt with multiple tags.  It means I can be a bit more choosy and I don't have to shoot the first legal buck that walks by.  Especially having 4 doe tags I can use for meat.  I will definatley take pictures.  And I'll either have a live update of my hunts or just compile it all at the end.  Although December is a long time away to post a story.  So we shall see.

Oh and if I fill 2 of my 8 tags (3 for my 2011 tags and 5 for my 2012 tags) I will be thrilled.  My season goes from 27 SEPT - 11 DEC but...  I will be gone from 4 OCT-14 OCT to hunt Muzzle Loader Elk and Rifle deer in WA, and then I will be in Ft. Polk, Louisiana for training from like 22 OCT-24 NOV.  So I will miss the rut COMPLETELY  :bash:   Should be fun though.

I'm sure Colock already has his mansion (blind) already built by his BF laborers and no doubt they have that area already under security patrol and security fencing is already in place.  More than likely they already cleared out and paved a driveway to and from the roadway to this spot and it's all just behind his cams out of sight.  when he does finally show up for his "15 minutes" they are already waiting for him with the biggest buck holding it on a leash just waiting for him to walk up and shoot it, after he changes out of his very nice fine imported italian suit into some camo wear that they just bought and went out to some mudholes and dirt piles and ran through a few times so it would appear he was out there actually walking through the woods.  Good area nonetheless. :chuckle: :chuckle:o

Ok, seriously, stick one and get some pics and a story.

Wouldnt this work better...that way he doesnt have to change  :chuckle:

Sounds like some "1st world problems" to me, oh you poor thing.  So many tags so little time, what are you gonna do???  I'm sure the suits can be tailored and besides, tailored suits are far more pricey than off the rack armani.  And knowing your criminal background from your criminal organization (the CCC) and the ties you have to other criminal organizations I'm sure your suits are all imported silk or some other expensive fabric that would feed a 3rd world family for a year.  I tried burning a dollar bill one time but only lasted a second until I decided I needed it for something so I wouldn't know if benjamins burn warmer and better Mr. 5th Avenue. :chuckle:

My suites are all made of baby Panda Bears if you need to know.  Adult Panda Bear skin is much too thick and rough.  But a baby Panda Bear's skin makes the best suites.  Very soft, very breathable and actually blocks the wind and rain better than gortex.

Most of my suites are made of baby panda.  I never wear commoner clothes.  Even my pajamas are custom made Armani baby panda suites.   :dunno:  I am even thinking of changing the leather seats in my Rolls Royce truck (No Rolls Royce doesn't make a truck but I am so filthy stinking rich that I paid Rolls Royce to custom build a truck) from calf leather to baby panda leather.     :chuckle:
