Disabled hunt help in 1010

Looking for some help, I drew a West Wenaha rifle elk tag this year.  I know this unit pretty well for my elk tag (my brother drew a couple years back).  I have a few friends coming over to do a little deer hunting and scouting a couple days before the permit season.  One of my buddies coming is a disable hunter, in his 40's, but has horrible arthritis, knee replacement already, etc.  Needless to say, doesn't do well in steep country at all.  I was reading and saw that the 1010 deer area is open for whitetail doe for disabled hunters.  I assume the 1010 is mostly private, anyone know of a landowner that might be happy to have one less doe on his property in the 1010 taken by a disabled hunter?
