I'm starting to get everything together for my first archery elk hunt in 13 years :yike: Man I can want to go out and try and stick one.

Good luck this season, I hunt the bumping unit & love it. Wish I was as close as you to all that good elk country. I have a two hour drive, which I guess isn't to bad. Have fun. Mike

Cant believe its almost that time.  Ive been shooting broadheads for a while now, but recently changed some things and had to start from scratch.  So I paper tuned, walk back tuned and I am back at it again.  Few odds and ends to pick up though, but for the most part I could leave tomorrow if needed.

I started to shoot last winter when I got my bow and just had to put a new string on it after +/-2000 shots :yike: I can shot decent groups at 50 yards with my crimson talens and cant wait to get a shot at something. I use to hunt archery when I was young and never got a shot, so I'm hopeing this is the year. :dunno:

I think the last time I even shot archery I was only 15? I'm thinking of going down to 388 or I might just go up to the old stomping grounds around rimrock :dunno:
