area closure info
« on: September 19, 2012, 10:14:53 AM »
Hi all,

I usually deer hunt in 672 after elk season.  Some of my friends told me that the area is closed.  Does anyone know if this is owned by Weyerhauser?  If it is still closed, my deer season will be out the door.

If anyone is kind enough to suggest a place that I can explore, I would greatly appreciate that.  I don't need your honey hole, just an area that I hope to see some critters.  Thanks.

To my knowledge (which, admittedly, is minimal) 672 is mostly Weyerhauser

Yeah, I think most of Fall River is Weyco and it is closed.  If Capitol Forest is open to archery (I'm 99.9% sure that it is), you should go there.  DNR land is still open.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.
