debate at the lunch table
« on: September 20, 2012, 03:01:16 PM »
today at the lunch table someone asked if we had the shot on a cougar and wolf, at the same time and could only take one, which would we take?
now i know wolves mess with the dear and elk population real bad and understand the situation. but i cant help wanting to take the cougar as a trophy then trying for the moving shot on the wolf (knowing that i would most likely miss). so my question is what would the guys on hunting-washington.com do?

I'd take the cat because wolves aren't legal to shoot yet, and I'd like to try eating the cat but wouldn't eat wolf. :twocents:
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

The couple I have seen down in the southeast have been huge apparently all the wheatfield fed deer are great for growing huge wolves.  I wonder how long it will be until they come up with a way to measure a trophy wolf.

when it does happen and we can whack the piss outta wolves i am sure they will score them like cats and bears with skull measurements, atleast i assume thats how they would score it....
