So far everyone that has told me they were gonna do it .....didn't.....(has happened more times than most would suspect)

when it comes to terminal illness I am on the fence as I would never let an animal suffer the way some seem to feel a human should :twocents:

so far in my family everyone dies surrounded by family, we may suck ass at weddings and marriage but we rally when it comes to death and dying

So far everyone I have heard say that they would have not done it.
The people I have known that did do it did it unexpectedly

It's almost like when you have two guys yelling and talking crap, they usually do not end up throwing blows. It usually is a guy that says nothing and just walks up and throws a punch

Always pay attention to the guy that keeps a eye on you but will avoid eye contact

About 5 years ago we went camping at battleground lake for my birthday and in the morning my wife woke me up saying she found a dead body.  I didnt beleive her and went to see for myself and sure enough there was her dead body laying on the trail to the bathroom.  The wife was taking my son to the bathroom when she found it she screamed and when my son asked why she said oh there was a dead fish and got him outta there.  The night before we were playing cards and heard a real scary scream and I said that sounded like the Blair witch and figure it was her we heard.  The lady who killed herself showed up the day b4 in a van and unloaded a lazy boy chair and sat and read her book.  we thought it was odd she didnt have a tent or anything.  I think it was selfish of her to kill herself in a public park with kids around.  later we found out she left a note and she ate a bunch of pills.  it was a mess she had foam coming out her month and kids were jumping over her on their bikes b4 the police showed up.  I still have the image of her laying there burnt in my brain.  Sad but true.

Very sad. Unfortunately our public lands see a lot of suicides, people go to places they love to end their lives. There are a couple NPS units back east which see several suicides a month in the summer months...
