They require lots of butter and tarragon. I prefer them cold too. Even makes scoter and coot edible. Not bad durky either. Though it does take a while for your brain to not expect the taste of elk.
Seaducks are fun to shoot and i can slay the hell out of them but good lord them suckers taste horrific!

There's just too many people out there just wanting to kill chit! for the fun of it, and it really pisses me off What do they do with the birds if they don't eat them?? Throw them in the trash or bury them in the garden for fertilizer to justify not wasting By not pointing it out isn't right either
