I know they make 1 oz. bottles of CLP.  Some don't like it.  I think it's OK.  I don't use it at home for bore cleaning, but out in the field anything's better than nothin'  ;)
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

I carry some rem oil prepackaged moistened wipes.  You can use some 550 cord innards to pull them through the bore and follow it with a paper towel.

Just carry a bore snake in your caliber in the truck or in your pack, with a small amount of cleaner soaked patches in a baggie.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Bring a bottle of Windex. Good stuff, for cleaning blackpowder.

You could get a small travel size bottle and fill it with #13 cleaner or whichever muzzy cleaner you prefer.  I would definitely recommend staying away from any oils when cleaning your muzzy.  Even if you follow it with a dry patch, there will be oil residue left in the barrel and it can get into your powder causing it to not burn.  In which case, you would be much better off with a dirty barrel than an oily one.  Another option, pre-soaked patches.  TC sells patches pre-soaked in there #13 cleaner.  Or, take a ziplock back, stick some patches in and pre-soak them yourself.

Water based Goof Off works well too.  Cuts BP fouling very well.

Rem oil moist wipes in the foil packs, bullet puller, nipple pick, dry wipes, breech plug wrench, extra caps in a ziplock, jewelers screwdriver for sights, jag, paper towel, all in a quart freezer ziplock.

Hunting in SW Washington there have been a few times I had to tuck under a tree and clean and dry things to get shooting again.

I second what Bobcat said. The windex patches are awesome. Just lightly moisten a stack of 5 or 6 patches at a time , put in a small container or ziplock and you're off. They work great and I follow mine with a couple of dry patches after.

Make up a little moose milk....3 - 5 parts water, 1 part murphy's oil soap, and 1 part 91% alcohol.  Another one is 3 - 5 parts water and 1 part ballistol.  I'd also second the windex and you've probably already got some under the sink!!
