Paul Bunyan Rifle and Sportsman's Club does have a hunter sight-in program, but I believe it is now over for this season. Tonight was the last night.
http://www.pbrsc.org/index_files/Page562.htmI have been to the Waddle Creek gravel pit, south of Olympia several times. There aren't any yard markers, you would have to bring your own bench and your own target holders. You're probably going to have to deal with a bunch of idiots who aren't paying attention to called ceasefires or people downrange

, BUT it is a place to shoot and it won't cost you anything. The earlier the better to avoid the undesirables. You will need a Discover pass to park at the gravel pit since it is DNR land.
I hate shooting there... but that's where my co-workers decide to shoot every month.

Having a membership at Paul Bunyan is one of the best investments I have made, and I shoot regularly.
