Not only one of the best rests on the market, but also owned by one of the best guys in the industry.  Absolutely a win/win
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

a little spendy for a backup bow but i had one on my pse. so i put one on my bowtech allegience still love my allegience so i still use it some times. got a pair of smooth mods for it from xxx archery and corey setup for me  my shoulder did not like the hard draw cycle. the smooth mods made a world of difference. put a black gold four pin sight on it as well. nice and bright sight for the money. had a g5 on it but like the full containment rest much better.

well finally got my new rest installed yesterday. so far I really like it. I paper tuned it this morning and everything looks good . This is my first time doing this on my own and the only thing that seams kinda off to me is how far right i had to move it( it looks kinda close to my riser). I have looked online to try to find some kind of a measurement off the riser to the center of the arrow just so I can verify I'm setup right but haven't had any luck.....anyone have any data to help me out? I'm shooting a mathews switchback xt.

thanks, John

Have one on my z7...it has been on two seasons, no issues yet... shot it a tone... one of our hunting party has the same bow as you... uses the ripcord... had a little alignment issue... took it over to the shop and they used the lazier on it ... everything lines up perfect now... good luck...

It's worth your time to take a look at the QAD ultra as well.  Very similar rest, and I love it.  The biggest difference in the QAD over the Code Red is the lever that clicks the rest up, is on the outside of the bow on the QAD, and directly under the riser with the Code Red.
