At 30, 40 & 50 yards im shooting 4" low and to the right. What way do I move my sights? I have a 3 dot site

Move the pins to the right and down.

yep move the front sight towards your impact IE if your low move sight down if your right move sight right

Why so off? What did you change? Or bumped out? Paper tune it too.
