I did a search but came up empty  :dunno: Does anyone have a recipe for this or do you just fry up like sea bass? Thanks for your suggestions  :)

Depends on how big it is.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

wasn't a monster, have a couple fillets in the freezer. just don't want to waist a once a year fish, want to do it right for a first timer  :hello:

Hope so  :yeah:  As far as I know, you can't land in any port in Washington with a Yellow Eye.. Hopefully he caught it in Alaska or Canada..

anything you would do with halibut works fine.  pan frying them with blackened seasoning is easy and delicious

I like to do any white fish on the BBQ, wrapped in foil with butter and lemon, maybe some red onion and seasonings of your choice. Or bake in the oven with mayo, sour cream, fresh dill and seasonings of choice.
