Now that everyone is getting up on the hills is anyone finding sheds while hunting? My dad and uncle found 2 little 3 points and a .2 point while hunting huns. My buddy found a tiny 2 point while muzzle loading. i didnt find any during bow or muzzle season. Maybe ill get lucky when i help my bro and gf get there bucks for rifle season

I found two 4 points and a 3 point coyote hunting a couple days ago.

Since I dont get up to my hunting spot much to scout, I usually find most of mine while hunting. I move slow enough and check the ground in front of me for sign. I've also noticed I look around more just for sheds and have to remind myself to keep looking for deer :chuckle: I know, deer are more important than thier sheds but sometimes the sheds make for a great consolation prize for not seeing any deer. Sometimes it is the highlight of the season.

Wow I've done more hiking than ever this hunting season and can't step on a shed. My bro, dad, and uncle have found some but i seem to have lost the luck.

I haven't found a shed in years... Don't hunt low enough in Eastern WA most the time but have found some... And have only found a handful of BT sheds in this jungle.... Mainly because I stepped on them... Actually got tripped by one and ate dirt and busted up my elbow on a log... I hate that shed...

I know a guy that found a nice bull head a few years back. Being older and not knowing the laws he took it home. Few hours pass and knock knock knock on the door. 2 game wardens. Ended up having to go to court and coughing up $500. Hunting rights were kept but the money had to be paid.

bonedar do yourself a favor and get that pic off quick! its a dumb rule but i understand that there would be more poaching without it... they need a salvage tag in this state. i wouldnt mind paying a few bucks to pic some skulls ive seen in the hills. hard to walk by, harder knowing someone else will pick it up anyways.
