First Deer
« on: October 15, 2012, 08:35:09 AM »
Took my buddy out this weekend and helped him get his first deer ever. He's not a monster, but definitively respectful for a first deer.  We hunted hard for about 5 hours on opening day and he was able to make a perfect shot at 150 yards.  There is nothing like helping someone get their first deer and being able to see that excitement.  FUN TIMES!!!!!

“The encouragement of a proper hunting spirit, a proper love of sport, instead of being incompatible with a love of nature and wild things, offers the best guaranty for their preservation.”
