Wish I'd had a better camera..
« on: October 23, 2012, 09:23:43 AM »
Yesterday while working I spotted this bull. He was pulling a whitetail buck maneuver on us... he didn't move a muscle for five minutes while we watched him in plain view!!!! Think I could ever find him again with a rifle in hand??

Hey Hornseeker,
You aren't the first person to say that or to say I wish I had a Bigger Lens! ;) :) :D I say that about my lenses all of the time. ;) :) :D

I tried saving and editing all of your photos. The first ones didn't come out well, but the last one turned out pretty darned good. :) I hope you don't mind.

Turned out pretty decent. Nice bull.
He will be in the next county when you have a rifle in your hand.  :bash:

Did you notice, when you zoom in on those pics they simply turn into blurry looking paintings? I am very disappointed in this camera. Its a work camera, Olympus TG-1.. tough cam, water proof, shock proof, etc... but not good for wildlife photography! Wish i'd had my old canon with me! Thanks for messing with the pic!

Its a tough job... I know... But someone has to do it. Did I mention we scooped up 6 elk sheds?

Glad you liked the results Horn! :) That little camera definitely doesn't have a good resolution. :( That one photo was the only one of the bunch that didn't fuzz up too bad on me. :( But hey, it was good practice for an Old Retired Fart! ;) :) :D
