just did a batch for elk camp tonight! :tup: any body ever mix a little fireball in their apple pie? its double dangerous...
I am about to go get the booze thinking 151 and fireball...gonna play it by taste...the cider juice part I made last night its been chilling in the fridge

this is as close to baking as I will get this holiday season.....lol

Here is a question...i have had my batch sitting about a week now....does the setiment from the apple cider set in the bottom?  Man it is getting smoother as it sits....had me a glass tonight.

Yes you need to shake it well before drinking it. It gets better as it sits!

Usually takes a week or two to mellow out after you make it. At least that's what I have found...
