Congrats! The cow I harvested last year is by far the best meat I have ever ate. What did you shoot to get your cow?
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!

Well the area I had was an area that I am familiar with somewhat.  My friend moved from WA to WY about 3 years ago so I buy a cow tag every year for about $280.00 and go down there and shoot a nice big fat cow!  The area we were hunting is very steep and about 12 miles from were we dropped off with the horses.  The only way to really hunt down there is off horses, there is some quad access in the areas ive hunted but the only way to really get back there is on horseback.
