We usually put in for trophy hunts intending to draw a good tag or build points. She drew the Mudflow youth bull tag and the Skookumchuck late buck tag in 2011 at age 13 and filled both tags. A 4pt blacktail and a 6x6 bull. Both on video for Titan outdoors.

are those all sitkas kodiak? i love the double white patch and your right when you said blacktail are the coolest animal on the planet, i would put wolverines up there with them, except we dont have them here, but blackys are definatly the most challenging to hutn 100%

All kodiak bucks.  I really chuckle when people call the deer up there "Little Blacktails".  Those kodiak deer will suprise you when put on the scale.  Most mature bucks from the north end will go 200# in November.  By Dec. 31st they will still be at about 150ish.

All the bucks you just posted have horse bodies on them!! Awesome looking animals. Hunting BTs on Kodiak is one of my dreams
