Nice buck WT. Did I tell you you would probably never shoot one bigger than your first...I may have been wrong!
That's a good one. Nice pics too. Good luck to you guys today!

Here's mine from last night. I will post a story on it in a bit. He came in from behind me and started working my estrous drag. When he started following where I came from I knew it was now or never. I punched my multi season tag on this guy and was able to make it happen with Archery in a spot that is remote which I have put a lot of work into (cutting trails, camera, stand location and prep).
It was one heckuva pack out. Out of a nasty STEEP ravine than 3/4 of a mile over blowdown, down and across another creek and up another ravine. Only to get to my bike to find the front tire COMPLETELY flat. Ahhh. 3 miles out on the rim still beat walking with a 75# pack.
Shot him at 2PM was back to the vehicle at 8:45 or so. I noticed something weird about his face when I first saw him come in behind me. I didn't notice he only had one eye until I started working on him. I ended up skinning, quartering and packing him up on about a 3' ledge with ZERO other flat ground to lay anything on. I'm WOOPED! On my way in to get the last 25# that I hung in a tree.
I'm very happy with this buck and lucky to have him.

Nice buck AK. You put in a lot of hours in that spot, no one deserves it more than you! And you stuck with the stick and string.... sweet!

Thanks for the kind words WT. It's been a pleasure hunting with you over the past few years. Congrats on your boys first buck last night. That's a well deserved GOOD DEAL!

Damn nice buck Scott, as well as all these on this page of this thread! What did your buck weigh Scott? He looks like he's got a short snout, but it may just be deceiving with how tall he is!!!
