Murderers creek 2012
« on: October 30, 2012, 11:27:11 AM »
We had a good hunt, going 2 for 3 on bulls. My friend Chris took this nice 6x6 on Friday and we got a spike on Sunday. In all we saw 4 branch bulls and several spikes. Saw some real nice mulies too, one was a dark horned timber buck, 26-28 wide 6x7, with 3 inch eye guards!

Congrats on a successful hunt, nice looking bull. That area you hunt sounds pretty rough though. :chuckle:

It sounds worse than it sounds! Lol! The problem was having to leave the wall tent to fart! The wife was ruthless about it, even snowing i had to vacate to butt bark!

You got it Jason, Ryan told me also found a good bull in Orrgon! I have not seen a pic of it yet, did you post it up in the muzzleloader topics?
Ryan was a huge help with our success for sure!

How many points did it take to draw? I'm assuming you guys were hunting rifle season?
