2012 Opening weekend Mulies
«

Opening weekend... long story short, We had five guys with general deer tags and 2nd(doe) tags. We finished with 4 bucks... two 3x2's, a 4x4 and a 5x4 plus our does.. one of the guys likes to use a lawn chair and a bottle so he did not hunt much! Bonus for me.. it was the first time my 9 year old son was able to join me. I think he is hooked...all he talks about now is taking hunters ed. so he can shoot next year
I don't know how to post the pics in the main part of the message... but here are the links.

If anyone can help me posting pics.. I would appreciate the help

Congrats. If they have been eating winter wheat they should be good eating.

They have been eating wheat.... best tasting deer in the state. And they eat well, all of them big thick layer of fat on thier backsides. I heard once that it means we are in for a cold winter.... I guess we'll see!
